Ridgewood Drive & Ridgewood Court Improvements

The City of Twinsburg is seeking qualified contractors to perform comprehensive water‑line and associated infrastructure improvements along Ridgewood Drive and Ridgewood Court. The scope includes installation of new 4‑inch and 8‑inch ductile‑iron water mains, line valves, fire hydrant assemblies, service connections, and related utility work, as well as associated civil works such as excavation, trenching, back‑filling, and restoration of storm and sanitary sewers. • Install new 4” & 8” ductile‑iron water mains, valves, hydrants, and service connections. • Perform civil works including trench excavation, mechanical saw cutting, concrete removal, and reinstatement of storm/sanitary conduits. • Provide required bonding (performance, maintenance), permits, and compliance with City, EPA, and Cleveland Water Department (CWD) specifications.
