Snider Rd Widening Project - Phase 2

The City of Mason is seeking qualified contractors to execute Phase 2 of the Snider Road widening project. The work includes widening the roadway, replacing existing storm‑sewer conduit and inlets, installing new water mains, removing and reconstructing curb and sidewalk, performing extensive excavation and embankment work, installing pavement layers, and adding lighting, signage, drainage, and utility infrastructure. The project also requires environmental mitigation, erosion control, and compliance with Ohio Department of Transportation specifications. • Roadway widening and pavement reconstruction over approximately 2,500 ft of Snider Rd. • Storm‑sewer and water‑main replacement, including new 6–24‑inch conduits. • Installation of curb, gutter, sidewalks, lighting, signage, and drainage structures. • Required bid guaranty, certifications, and compliance with state/federal regulations.
