Home Inspection Services For Single-Family Homes

The City of Phoenix is seeking a contractor to provide home inspection services for single-family homes. The contractor will be responsible for performing home inspections, providing written reports, and responding to service requests within 48 hours. The inspections will be performed in accordance with the Standards of Professional Practice for Arizona Home Inspectors. The contractor must have a minimum of three years of experience providing home inspection services and must be certified and registered with the Arizona Board of Technical Registration. • The contractor will inspect the properties, which are generally single-story, single-family homes, with 3-4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, between 900-1800 square feet, and were constructed between 1940-1980’s. • The contractor will provide a complete written inspection report with pictures of the home's interior and exterior. • The contractor must have liability insurance with a minimum limit of $2,000,000 and must name the City of Phoenix as an additional insured. • The contractor must comply with the City's Right-of-Way Management Program and obtain any necessary permits. • The contractor must provide a pricing proposal that includes the cost of home inspections, re-inspections, and trip charges.
