RFP #2026‑27‑08

Budget estimate

$140,000 – $200,000

The RFP does not specify a fixed budget; the vendor proposes hourly, mileage, and evaluation rates. Assuming a competitive hourly rate of $100‑$150, roughly 30 hours per week for a 40‑week school year (≈1,200 hours), total labor cost would range from $120,000 to $180,000. Adding mileage (estimated 5,000 miles at $0.65/mile) and evaluation fees could bring the total contract value to roughly $140,000‑$200,000. Factors influencing the range include the number of students served, travel mileage, and evaluation frequency.
