Chancery Exterior Window and Stainless Steel Cleaning Services

The U.S. Embassy in Ottawa is seeking a contractor to provide exterior window and stainless steel cleaning services for the Chancery building. The contract will be for a one-year base period with four one-year option periods. The contractor will be responsible for cleaning all exterior windows, including skylights, staircases, and the light house tower, as well as stainless steel areas such as handrails, overhangs, and ornamental railings. The contractor must provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to accomplish the work. Some key requirements include: • Cleaning all exterior windows and stainless steel areas • Providing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to accomplish the work • Storing materials in an area designated and approved by the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) • Completing all work in a satisfactory manner and subject to inspection by the COR • Removing and disposing of all debris from the work site
