Advertising / Public Relations Agency

New Braunfels Utilities (NBU) is seeking a qualified public relations and creative services agency to provide full-service support on an as-needed basis. The selected agency will be responsible for developing and implementing public relations strategies, creating campaign branding and visuals, and providing media relations support. The agency will also be required to provide project management and reporting services, including regular updates and performance metrics. The contract term is expected to be one year, with the option to renew for up to four additional one-year terms. Key responsibilities of the agency will include: • Developing and implementing public relations strategies to promote NBU's mission, goals, and services • Creating campaign branding and visuals, including graphics, videos, and social media content • Providing media relations support, including press releases, media pitching, and crisis communication • Managing and reporting on project progress, including regular updates and performance metrics • Collaborating with NBU staff to develop and implement communication plans and strategies
