HAZ-X Service Maintenance

The U.S. Army Technical Center for Explosives Safety (USATCES) seeks a sole‑source contractor to provide professional engineering services for the maintenance, upgrade, and documentation of the proprietary HazX software used for explosives safety analysis. ARCTOS Technology Solutions, LLC owns the source code and is the only entity authorized to modify the software.
