The VA is seeking a commercial vendor to provide a one‑year license for the Quality Compass data subscription, covering commercial, Medicaid, and Medicare plan data with a Data Exporter feature. The contract is firm‑fixed‑price, with a twelve‑month base period and up to four optional twelve‑month extensions. Deliverables include the licensed software and the ability to export customized reports and all‑measure data files for internal VA analysis and benchmarking across VISN regions.
