J--LIBI OTIS ELEVATOR SERVICE CONTRACT

The National Park Service (NPS) is seeking information from capable firms to provide elevator services for the Little Bighorn Battlefield National Monument Visitor Center. The contract will require the contractor to provide preventive maintenance, inspection, repair, and emergency service for the Otis Gearless Belted MR elevator. The contractor must be an Otis-authorized service provider and comply with OSHA, federal, state, and local safety regulations. The contract term is 1 year with 4 optional renewal terms. • The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and supervision necessary to perform the required services. • The contractor shall maintain detailed maintenance logs and documentation of all work performed. • The contractor shall conduct annual and periodic safety tests per ASME A17.1/CSA B44. • The contractor shall provide emergency service for passenger entrapments or elevator malfunctions. • The contractor shall respond to emergency calls within two hours of notification.
