Description
The State of Vermont is seeking one or more vendors to provide a comprehensive line‑up of staff apparel for its agencies. The contract covers a wide variety of garments – from basic cotton T‑shirts and polo shirts to performance polyester shirts, fleece jackets, waterproof shells, caps, beanies, neck gaiters and specialty “Park of the Year” jackets – each with specific fabric, weight, sizing and branding requirements. Bidders must submit firm pricing for the first two years, agree to a five‑year contract term, and comply with Vermont’s residency, “Made‑in‑Vermont/U.S.” preferences, environmental, and sweat‑shop certifications. Quarterly sales reports are required, and the State may award additional purchases to municipalities and colleges under the same terms.
