Plan Providers 403(b) and 457(b)

Suffolk Public Schools is seeking qualified firms to act as plan providers for its 403(b) and 457(b) retirement benefit programs. The contract will cover administration, compliance, record‑keeping, and participant services for both types of plans. Vendors must demonstrate experience with public‑sector retirement plans, knowledge of IRS and DOL regulations, and the ability to service employees across the Suffolk school district. • Provide ongoing plan administration and record‑keeping for 403(b) and 457(b) plans. • Ensure regulatory compliance (IRS, DOL) and timely filing of required disclosures. • Offer participant communication, enrollment support, and investment options management. • Deliver responsive customer service for plan participants and school officials. • Meet the submission deadline of June 11, 2026.
