NTC District Snow Removal Services

Northcentral Technical College (NTC) is soliciting proposals from qualified contractors to provide comprehensive snow removal and winter maintenance services across multiple campus locations throughout the 2026‑2027 snow season. The contractor must supply all labor, supervision, equipment, fuel, materials, transportation, monitoring, reporting, and coordination required to execute snow plowing, relocation, and removal activities as detailed in the solicitation. NTC may award the work to one or more contractors on a location‑by‑location basis, and the contractor will be responsible for adhering to all applicable safety and environmental regulations. • Services include snow plowing, snow relocation, snow removal, and related winter upkeep at each listed campus. • Contractor must provide full staffing, equipment fleet, fuel, materials, and all logistical support. • Work is to be performed at multiple sites (e.g., CDL, Diesel, Ag Center, Phillips, Medford, Spencer, Antigo, Wausau, Merrill) as indicated by attached snow maps. • No budget is disclosed; proposals will be evaluated on cost, capability, and compliance with requirements.
