Compressed Gas

The State of Arkansas is seeking bids for a statewide contract to provide compressed gases cylinder delivery. The contract will be for an initial term of one year, with the option to renew for up to six additional one-year terms. The contractor will be required to provide all labor and materials necessary to deliver, install, and remove contractor-owned gas cylinders. The contractor must also maintain adequate stock to ensure prompt delivery of orders. • The contractor must bid on all required gases listed on the Official Bid Price Sheet. • The contractor must provide cylinders that are in good condition with an operable valve or regulator. • The contractor must hydrostatically test all cylinders in accordance with applicable state and federal laws. • The contractor must provide a total satisfaction return policy for all products.
