The City of Rialto is seeking a qualified private operator to lease and run a full‑service restaurant in the historic Pacific Electric Railway Depot at 119 N. Riverside Avenue. The lessee will take the property “as‑is,” be responsible for all operating costs, obtain necessary permits, and preserve historic elements while delivering a viable food‑service concept.
