RFP 005-27 Concessions, Catering, & Premium Beverage Management Services

Clayton County Public Schools (CCPS) is seeking a qualified firm to provide comprehensive concessions, catering, and premium beverage management services for the 8,000‑seat Arena @ Southlake. The contractor will operate a multi‑vendor food‑service program, manage restaurant partnerships, deliver full‑service catering for events and suites, and oversee premium beverage and alcohol service in compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations. The award will be a five‑year contract (with three possible one‑year renewals) valued in the multi‑million‑dollar range.
