Die-Cut Toppers

The State of Arkansas, Office of State Procurement, is seeking bids for die-cut toppers. The contractor will be required to provide die-cut toppers in the quantities specified on the Official Bid Price Sheet, approximately 2,000 per month. The toppers must be printed per the design specifications provided by the Arkansas Scholarship Lottery, made of .040 styrene material, 10” wide x 6” tall, and printed in full color, four (4) color process, one (1) sided (4/0). The contractor must also accommodate artwork and die-cut shape changes from month to month. Some key requirements include: • Providing die-cut toppers that meet the specifications and requirements outlined in the IFB • Maintaining all supplies, products, and tools necessary to provide die-cut toppers • Accommodating artwork and die-cut shape changes from month to month • Not printing the contractor’s name, logo, or other identifying marks on any of the die-cut toppers • Having a comprehensive disaster recovery plan and a business continuity plan in place
