College-wide Security Camera Upgrade

Craven Community College is seeking to upgrade their security cameras on the New Bern campus, Volt Center, and Havelock campus. The college is looking for a vendor to provide and install new camera hardware and software, with a useful life of at least 10 years. The vendor will be responsible for coordinating with the college to configure the networking equipment to work with the existing networks. The vendor must also provide training for all systems installed under this contract. The college is looking for a turnkey solution, with the vendor responsible for all camera hardware, licensing, mounting, and configuration of equipment. Some key features required include: * Advanced motion detection * Ability to monitor vast indoor and outdoor spaces * Standard RJ45 connectivity with Power Over Ethernet (PoE) capability * Cellular gateway option * UL/CUL 62368-1 certification for audio/video and information and communication technology equipment * System has ISO 27001, ISO 27017, and ISO 27018 certifications * HTTPs encryption by default * Advanced RMA at no additional cost The college has provided a list of camera locations and specifications, which the vendor must meet. The vendor must also provide a detailed proposal, including pricing, technical approach, and references.
