Event Management for Flag Football

The U.S. Embassy Kuala Lumpur's Public Diplomacy Section is seeking a contractor to provide comprehensive event management for an American Flag Football series of clinics and tournaments in Malaysia. The contractor will be responsible for coordinating and implementing the events, which will take place in six locations across Malaysia, including Kuala Lumpur, Kedah, Penang, Kelantan, Sabah, and Sarawak. The events will target Malaysian students aged 15-25 and are expected to have 80-100 participants per location. The contractor will be required to provide various services, including venue setup, equipment, and logistics management, as well as media and documentation services. The key services include: • Pre-event deliverables such as securing venues, booking coaches, designing promotional materials, and managing invitations and RSVPs. • Event venue services such as setup, AV system, and event branding. • Equipment, gear, and merchandise provision, including Flag Football kits and trophies. • Media and documentation services, including press releases, photography, and videography. • Logistics and participant management, including transportation support and certificate provision.
