Third Party Administrator Rebid

The State of Arkansas is seeking a Third Party Administrator (TPA) to provide administration and management of health benefits for eligible Arkansas recipients. The RFP includes three major service modules: Health Insurance Administration, Employee Assistance Program, and Care Navigation Services. The State may award one or more contracts for these modules. The contract will be for an initial term of three years, with the option to renew for up to four additional one-year terms. The TPA will be responsible for providing services such as claims processing, customer service, and network management. Key aspects of the job include: • Providing health insurance administration services, including claims processing and customer service • Offering employee assistance programs, including counseling and other support services • Providing care navigation services, including help with finding providers and coordinating care • Meeting the requirements outlined in the RFP, including providing pricing and contract information • Complying with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to confidentiality and data security
