Benton County Sheriff’s Office is seeking a complete design‑build solution to replace its entire jail control system, covering doors, sally‑port gates, intercoms, utilities, control cabinets, computers, displays, amplifiers, UPS units, and integration with existing Avigilon CCTV and potential Active Directory SSO. The vendor must deliver engineering design, hardware and software installation, comprehensive training, a lifetime warranty, and an annual maintenance contract, while providing detailed as‑built documentation and meeting stringent CJIS background‑check requirements.
• Scope covers ~340 doors, 14 security gates, 400 intercoms, 300 utility units, plus associated control hardware.
