Description
Wayne State University is seeking a cloud‑based, SaaS‑delivered Medical Student Evaluation Software to support its School of Medicine’s enrollment management and curricular affairs. The solution must provide comprehensive student‑portfolio management, clinical rotation scheduling, evaluation and assessment tools, affiliation‑agreement tracking, mobile app access, reporting/analytics, and robust API integration with existing systems such as Banner. The contract will be for three years starting April 1 2027, with optional one‑year extensions, and requires the vendor to meet insurance, security, accessibility, and data‑privacy standards.
• Core functionalities: student/ faculty profiles, clinical rotation scheduling, grades & assessments, affiliation‑agreement management, mobile iOS/Android apps, reporting & analytics, communications, case‑log management, and open APIs.
• Required integrations: nightly CSV grade export to Banner via SFTP, SAML 2.0 SSO, Ethos APIs, and bulk data import for faculty and student records.
• Mandatory compliance: provide VPAT (WCAG 2.2 AA), complete HECVAT, maintain specified insurance coverage, and adhere to WSU’s smoke‑free and FOIA policies.
• Timeline: pre‑proposal meeting (optional) on August 17 2026; questions due August 24 2026; proposal submission deadline August 31 2026 2 PM; award announced October 5 2026; service commencement April 1 2027.
