Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS) services

The State of Hawaii, Department of Land and Natural Resources, is seeking proposals for Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS) services for aerial weed treatments. The services include aerial survey and pesticide treatment using UAS. The contractor will be required to provide all necessary equipment, personnel, and expertise to perform the services. The scope of work includes overflight of areas to survey for various plant species, treatment of target species with specified pesticides, and post-processing of data. • The contractor must have experience with UAS operations and aerial weed treatments. • The contractor must have the necessary equipment and personnel to perform the services. • The contractor must be able to provide post-processing of data, including orthomosaic maps, digital surface models, and 3D point clouds. • The contractor must be able to fly day or night and have a minimum UAS tank size of 10L. • The contractor must be able to provide mobilization and demobilization costs for UAS crew.
