The National Park Service is seeking a contractor to provide annual inspection, testing, preventative maintenance, and repair services for fire alarm systems, burglar alarm systems, detection devices, notification appliances, control panels, communication equipment, and associated security and life safety components in six park buildings at Pecos National Historical Park. The contract is a base + option years, with a performance start date of 9/1/2026 and a period of performance from 09/01/2026 to 08/31/2027. The contractor will be required to register with the Contracting Contact, Billie Thomas, and attend a site visit on 7/28/2026 at 11:30 AM MD. Some key responsibilities of the contractor include: * Providing annual inspection, testing, and preventative maintenance services for fire alarm systems and burglar alarm systems * Performing repairs and maintenance on detection devices, notification appliances, control panels, and communication equipment * Ensuring that all work is done in accordance with the contract requirements and industry standards * Providing a quote for the services by 7/31/2026 * Attending a site visit on 7/28/2026 at 11:30 AM MD
