Description
Workforce Solutions (WFS) in the Lower Rio Grande Valley seeks a qualified facilitator to design and deliver four quarterly staff‑development workshops focused on organizational culture, communication, and team effectiveness for approximately 35 employees. The workshops are on‑site at WFS’s McAllen office, each lasting about two hours, and must emphasize behavioral change and actionable outcomes. The contract is for one year (with a possible one‑year renewal) and is fully funded by the Texas Workforce Commission.
• Four (4) in‑person workshops, tentatively scheduled for Dec 2026, Mar 2027, May 2027, Sep 2027
• Each session ~2 hours, covering culture, accountability, workplace relationships, engagement, communication, feedback, active listening, collaboration, adaptability, and leadership at all levels
• Facilitator responsible for curriculum design, interactive exercises, action‑planning, and coordination with WFS CEO/designee
• Contract value up to $30,000 (federal‑funded portion $15,000) with payment within 30 days of invoice
• Submission deadline Oct 13 2026; questions due Sep 24 2026; award anticipated Nov 2 2026
• Required qualifications: relevant experience, references, resumes, cost proposal, and completion of multiple certification attachments
