Rural Health Data Atlas-Informatics Services

The State of South Dakota Department of Health seeks to staff two senior‑level positions—Data Scientist and Informatician—to support the development and operation of the Rural Health Data Atlas, a cloud‑based data‑visualization platform. The work is fully remote (off‑shore resources prohibited) and requires 40 hours per week for a one‑year term, with the possibility of up to four annual extensions. Candidates must possess public‑health experience, expertise in Azure data services, and proficiency with Power BI, Tableau, and ESRI tools.
