705 CTS Comprehensive Cost and Requirements (CCaR) System Support

The US Air Force is seeking information from potential contractors to support the 705th Combat Training Squadron's Comprehensive Cost and Requirements (CCaR) system. The contractor will be responsible for managing the CCaR database, providing training to users, and assisting with daily financial management operations. The contract is expected to last for 5 years, with a base period and four option years. The contractor will be required to have experience with CCaR and other Air Force financial management systems, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office software. Some key tasks include: • Managing the CCaR database and ensuring its proper configuration and sustainment • Providing training to users on the CCaR system • Assisting with daily financial management operations, such as preparing and submitting financial documents • Maintaining user accounts and privileges • Ensuring compliance with applicable policies and regulations The contractor will be expected to work on-site at Kirtland AFB, NM, and may be required to travel to other locations. The contract will be awarded based on the contractor's ability to meet the requirements outlined in the Performance Work Statement.
