State Legislative and Lobbying Services

The City of Spokane is seeking a qualified firm to provide comprehensive state legislative and lobbying services on behalf of the municipality. The contract will cover representation before the Washington State Legislature and executive agencies, development of a legislative agenda, funding and appropriations support, bill drafting, testimony preparation, continuous legislative monitoring, and regular reporting throughout the legislative session. The firm must be licensed to do business in Washington, have at least three years of relevant lobbying experience at the state capitol, and be registered with the Washington Public Disclosure Commission.
