Lobbying Services

Mecklenburg County (Charlotte, NC) is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive State Lobbying Services for a one‑year term, with the possibility of extensions. The contractor will act as the County’s advocate before the North Carolina General Assembly and executive agencies, develop legislative strategies, draft and track bills, provide weekly and monthly reporting, and support advocacy events and relationship‑building with legislators. The scope includes political intelligence, grassroots advocacy, preparation of meeting materials, real‑time vote updates, end‑of‑year performance reporting, and compliance with state lobbying registration rules.
