TEMPORARY SECURITY GUARD SERVICES

The West Virginia Office of Shared Administration (WVOSA), Purchasing Division is soliciting bids for temporary security guard services for the Mildred Mitchell-Bateman Hospital. The contract will provide pricing for security guard services on an as-needed basis. The vendor will be responsible for providing temporary employees to work as security guards, and the hospital will pay the vendor based on the hourly rate established in the contract. The vendor must ensure that all temporary employees meet the minimum qualifications and requirements specified in the contract, including having a high school diploma or equivalent, having CPR certification, and being able to work in varied weather conditions. The vendor must also provide orientation and training to the temporary employees and ensure that they understand the hospital's security protocols and procedures. • The contract will require the vendor to provide two types of temporary security guards: Guard II and Guard Site Supervisor. • The vendor must ensure that all temporary employees are aware of the hospital's security protocols and procedures. • The vendor must provide the hospital with an all-inclusive hourly rate for each job classification. • The hospital will pay the vendor based on the hourly rate established in the contract, and the vendor must submit invoices on a weekly basis.
