Event Space - SMC Graduation (Class 76)

The Mission and Installation Contracting Command – Fort Bliss is seeking a commercial venue and comprehensive event support services for the SMC Class 76 Graduation Ceremony on 11 June 2026 in El Paso, Texas. The contractor shall provide a facility that accommodates 8,000-10,000 attendees, with designated seating for graduates and VIPs, and meets all accessibility, safety, and operational requirements. The required services include venue rental, staging, audiovisual production, lighting, projection capability, security operations, general labor, custodial support, medical standby, and associated equipment. • The contractor must ensure compliance with applicable Federal, State of Texas, and local regulations, as well as OSHA and installation safety standards. • The contractor must provide all necessary personnel, equipment, supplies, tools, and materials for the event. • The contractor's quote must demonstrate its ability and understanding in performing the requirements of the Performance Work Statement (PWS). • The Government intends to evaluate offers and make an award without discussions, but reserves the right to conduct discussions if necessary.
