Description
Midwestern State University (MSU) is seeking qualified firms to perform surface improvements on a campus tunnel to prevent drainage migration into the tunnel near niche D and E. The work includes design, material procurement, and construction in accordance with the specifications and drawings provided in Appendix F. The contract term is one year (Sept 1 2026 – Aug 31 2027) with two optional one‑year renewal periods. Evaluation will be based on past performance, prior service to MSU, proposed labor rates, and compliance with local building codes. Respondents must submit a sealed proposal by the deadline, include three references, and may be required to provide performance and payment bonds if the award exceeds $100 K.

• Required bonds for bids ≥ $25 K (bid bond) and ≥ $100 K (performance bond)
• VetHUB subcontracting plan required for contracts ≥ $100 K
• Delivery: F.O.B. destination, with delivery time to be stated in proposal
• Validity: Proposals must remain valid for 120 days
