Description
Gwinnett County’s Purchasing Division is seeking a vendor to supply one (1) Fluke infrared camera (or an approved equivalent) complete with all required accessories, software, manuals, and standard components for immediate operational use. The purchase is a single-item procurement; no installation, training, or ongoing services are required. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible vendor, with delivery to be made as required or ordered.
• Provide a complete Fluke infrared camera package—including lenses, batteries, chargers, cables, cases, software, and a 4 GB micro‑SD card.
• Submit a total price that includes all charges and delivery; no separate bid bond is required.
• Include three project references, a signed non‑collusion affidavit, and answer the vendor questionnaire.
• Quotes must be received by 28 Oct 2026 via email to Jenny Coleman or hard‑copy mail to the Purchasing Division.
