intoxilyzer maintenance and training

The U.S. Army is seeking information from potential contractors for the maintenance and training of Intoxilyzer 9000 Breath Alcohol Testing instruments at Fort Hood, Texas. The contractor will provide full support for the instruments, including monthly inspections and preventative maintenance, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. The contractor will also provide training for up to 20 students per class period and conduct refresher training for previously certified operators. The contract will be a firm fixed-price, multi-year contract consisting of three 12-month ordering periods. • The contractor shall perform on-site technical inspections and preventative maintenance on the Intoxilyzer 9000 BAT instrument. • The contractor shall provide, change, and maintain reference sample solutions as needed. • The contractor shall report any noncompliance or equipment failures within 24 hours of discovery. • The contractor shall respond to emergencies within 48 hours and provide parts, labor, and materials for repairs. • The contractor shall conduct initial certification and refresher training for operators. • The contractor shall maintain records of all tests, analysis, and maintenance for a period of five years.
