Description
The State of Washington’s Washington Technology Solutions (WaTech) is seeking qualified vendors to provide either wireline Ethernet or fixed‑wireless network services to a wide range of state sites across all counties. Vendors must hold a signed Network Services Agreement (NSA) with WaTech and the applicable technical addenda. Bids are evaluated on a composite score of cost, installation timeline, and local‑loop type (fiber, wireless, copper). The solicitation includes a mandatory cost model (Appendix A) and a certification & assurance (Appendix B). The contract pricing is based on a 24‑month service term, and the award will be made to the highest‑scoring vendor per site.
