The West Virginia Department of Education (WVDE) is issuing an open‑end Request for Proposals to establish a State Master Contract for Networking Infrastructure, Enterprise Technology, and related products and services. One prime vendor will be selected to manage the contract, provide guaranteed minimum discounts off catalog/MSRP prices, and act as the single point of contact for all ordering, invoicing, and fulfillment for the Agency, local educational agencies, and charter schools statewide. The contract is initially for one year with the possibility of up to seven one‑year renewals. Proposals will be evaluated on qualifications, project approach, oral presentation, and cost.
