Description
Washington Technology Solutions (WaTech) is seeking qualified broadband Internet Service Providers to deliver ISP services to state‑owned facilities across Washington. Vendors must already have a signed Network Services Agreement and the related Technical Addendum with WaTech before they can attend the pre‑proposal conference or submit a bid. Bidders must supply a detailed cost model (NRC + 36 × MRC) for each site, meet or improve the guaranteed install intervals, and certify that all personnel have passed extensive background checks. Evaluation will be 50 % cost and 50 % timeline, with the lowest combined score winning per site. The deadline for bid submission is November 3, 2026 (noon), with award expected November 10, 2026.

• Provide a completed Excel cost model and signed certificate/assurances.
• Install‑interval guarantees are mandatory; shorter intervals are allowed but must be documented.
