Oracle Fusion Program Director

The University of New Mexico is seeking a senior‑level consultant or consulting firm to serve as the Program Director for its Oracle Fusion Cloud transformation. The role will be the executive liaison between UNM leadership, the yet‑to‑be‑selected implementation partner, and internal stakeholders, overseeing the full‑lifecycle rollout of Oracle Fusion ERP, HCM, and EPM modules. The director will be responsible for program governance, financial oversight, risk management, change‑management, stakeholder engagement, and ensuring alignment with UNM’s strategic “One University” vision. • Lead the end‑to‑end Oracle Fusion implementation (ERP, HCM, EPM) for a 22‑27‑month period. • Provide executive‑level reporting, governance structures, risk and budget control, and oversee third‑party integrators. • Drive organizational change, stakeholder communication, and adoption strategies across a large, decentralized university environment. • Manage a full‑time, on‑site presence (with limited travel) and coordinate with UNM internal teams and the selected implementation partner. • Submit required insurance, conflict‑of‑interest, and certification documentation, and meet all procurement submission requirements.
