Work Injury Compensation Insurance and Related Administrative Services for all Locally Employed Staff at US Embassy Singapore

The U.S. Embassy Singapore requires a comprehensive Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Work Injury Compensation Insurance program to provide statutory insurance coverage and related administrative services for eligible Locally Employed Staff. The Contractor shall provide all insurance coverage, policy issuance, policy administration, endorsements, claims administration, account management, reporting, customer support, and related administrative services necessary to meet the requirements of this contract. • The contract period is from September 1, 2026, to August 31, 2027. • The Contractor shall provide coverage in accordance with the Republic of Singapore's Work Injury Compensation Act (WICA), as amended, applicable Common Law, applicable laws and regulations of the Republic of Singapore, U.S. Government contract requirements, and this Statement of Work. • The categories of employees to be covered are identified in Attachment 1, Exhibit A (Manual Staff) and Exhibit B (Non-Manual Staff). • The Contractor shall provide customer support to Eligible Employees and designated Government representatives regarding reporting work-related injuries or occupational diseases, required claim documentation, claim status, benefit eligibility, payment status, and general policy and claims inquiries.
