Microtransit, Paratransit and Turnkey Transportation Services

NEORide is soliciting proposals to provide an integrated microtransit, ADA‑paratransit, and turnkey transportation solution for its member agencies across 13 states. The contract will cover a cloud‑based Mobility Platform (dispatch, rider apps, reporting, integrations) and full‑service operational support (vehicle fleet, drivers, maintenance, customer service, billing, safety compliance). Up to two vendors will be selected for a three‑year base term starting in 2027, with two optional renewal periods. Vendors must submit detailed technical proposals, fixed‑price pricing sheets, and demonstrate capability to implement EZfare, GTFS‑Flex, and EZConnect integrations.
