Electricity Supply Service

Kean University is seeking a qualified, NJBPU‑licensed electricity supplier to provide full‑requirements electricity supply to 46 accounts across its Union and Jersey City campuses. The supplier must deliver wholesale electricity (generation, capacity, transmission) to the point where PSE&G’s transmission meets distribution, while the university pays distribution charges. Bids are to be submitted electronically, using prescribed price‑proposal forms for three product options (all‑in fixed price, unbundled capacity & transmission, and unbundled with load‑following). Multiple contract term lengths (12‑24 months) are offered, with a possible six‑month extension. The procurement follows EDECA regulations and includes extensive compliance documentation (affirmative‑action, anti‑collusion, OFAC, etc.). • Provide electricity to 46 accounts (≈ 50 M kWh/yr) within PSE&G territory. • Submit Stage 1 qualification by Oct 26, 2026 and Stage 2 pricing by Nov 10, 2026 (electronic only). • Offer prices for three product structures, inclusive of NJ sales tax and agent fee, for term options of 12, 17, 21, 24 months (with optional 6‑month extension).
