Trade Service Agreement - Electrician

Eastern Kentucky University is issuing an Invitation to Bid for a non‑exclusive trade‑services agreement to provide electrician labor on an as‑needed basis across its campuses. The contractor must furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and related services, and may be awarded the contract in whole or in part. The agreement has an initial two‑year term with up to three one‑year renewal options, for a maximum of five years. Bids must be submitted through EKU’s Jaggaer e‑procurement system and include required insurance, references, and responses to mandatory questions. • Scope: Provide qualified electrician services (weekday, Saturday, Sunday, holiday labor) on an as‑needed basis; all labor rates are hourly and must be all‑inclusive of tools, trucks, and mileage. • Contract Terms: Initial 2‑year term (ending Nov 30 2028), renewable annually up to a total of 5 years; rates may be adjusted on renewal by up to ±7 % based on CPI. • Requirements: Jaggaer registration, ACORD insurance certificate, three recent references, equipment within 30 mi of Richmond, KY, and compliance with EKU safety, environmental, and conduct policies. • Submission: Questions due 10/21/2026 2:00 PM EDT; final bid deadline 10/28/2026 2:00 PM EDT (sealed until).
