The U.S. Army’s Regional Counterdrug Training Academy (RCTA) seeks a qualified contractor to deliver Technical Instructional Services for Basic and Advanced Undercover Operations courses. The contract is a total small‑business set‑aside, firm‑fixed‑price for a one‑year period (22 Sept 2026 – 21 Sept 2027) with up to 10 Basic and 4 Advanced course iterations at two Mississippi locations (Meridian and Camp Shelby). The contractor must provide all instruction, materials, travel, and supervision, complying with the Service Contract Act wage determination.
