Temporary Nursing Staffing Services

The State of Wyoming is seeking a contractor to provide temporary nursing staffing services, including Director of Nursing, Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, and Nurse Practitioners, to the Wyoming Department of Health, Behavioral Health Division, Wyoming Life Resource Center. The contractor will provide these services on an as-needed basis, with typical assignments lasting 13 weeks. The contractor must have experience in providing similar services and must be able to demonstrate their ability to meet the requirements of the RFP. The evaluation criteria include proposer background and experience, staffing and project organization, proposer's project work plan, approach to contract performance, value added, and cost analysis. • The contractor must provide all necessary equipment, materials, and supplies to perform the services. • The contractor must comply with all applicable state and federal regulations, policies, guidelines, and requirements. • The contractor must provide a project manager to oversee the project and ensure that all requirements are met. • The contractor must provide weekly reports to the Agency, including time-keeping forms and evaluation forms. • The contractor must participate in interdisciplinary treatment team meetings and facility committee and accreditation activities. • The contractor must comply with all Agency policies and procedures, as well as state and federal law.
