Professional Engineering Services for the Four Corners Regional Airport

The City of Farmington is seeking professional engineering services for airport development projects at the Four Corners Regional Airport. The scope of services includes site analysis, conceptual project planning, project schematic design, construction documents preparation, and construction contract administration. The selected firm will be expected to communicate with the FAA and State DOT Aviation Division to ensure engineering requirements are met. The firm will also be required to submit a methodology for meeting DBE goals. • The City is looking for a firm with experience in airport development projects and a strong understanding of the needs of a law enforcement facility. • The firm must be able to demonstrate its capacity and capability to perform the requested work, including specialized services. • The firm must be familiar with the Farmington, New Mexico area and have experience working with government agencies. • The firm must be able to provide a detailed response regarding cost control and cost estimating techniques. • The firm must be able to provide examples of its government agency experience and its ability to meet schedules and budgets.
