Burleson ISD Fundraising Vendor Application

The Burleson Independent School District is seeking qualified vendors to provide fundraising services to the district. The selected vendors will be required to provide a variety of products and services to support the district's fundraising efforts. The district is looking for vendors who can provide high-quality products and services, excellent customer service, and competitive pricing. The contract will be for a term of one year with the option to renew for up to four additional years. The district reserves the right to approve or deny any application. • The vendor must provide a completed W-9 form, proof of insurance, and a conflict of interest questionnaire. • The vendor must attach catalogs, brochures, order forms, etc. under the "Response Attachments" tab. • The vendor must provide a basic description of their company and the types of products or services offered. • The vendor must explain how the product or service is marketed by the seller. • The vendor must provide the anticipated profit percentage or profit amount schools will receive for the product or service.
