CLEVELAND PUBLIC POWER (CPP) GENERAL ENGINEERING SERVICES

The City of Cleveland, Department of Public Utilities, Division of Cleveland Public Power (CPP) is seeking professional services contracts for general engineering and related services for a period of two years. The scope of work includes conceptual system planning, feasibility studies, transmission system design, development of standards, and more. The successful proposer will be required to provide services such as design, construction administration, and inspection. The City reserves the right to modify the scope of services at any time before execution of a contract. • The contract will be for a period of two years • The City may award one or more contracts to qualified firms • Task orders will be issued on a competitive or rotational basis • The successful proposer will be required to provide a detailed proposal, including a technical approach, scope of work, and fee proposal • The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive irregularities, informalities, and technicalities
