The United States Space Force is seeking information from qualified vendors to provide pre‑employment civilian drug‑free‑workplace urine‑specimen collection and Medical Review Officer (MRO) support services for its civilian workforce. The effort includes supplying all collection kits and consumables, performing worldwide specimen collection (≈ 1,500 collections per year), shipping specimens to a DoW‑certified laboratory, and delivering MRO reviews and reporting via a secure CAC‑authenticated web portal. The contract will be structured as a hybrid firm‑fixed‑price (daily supplies/support) and time‑and‑material (additional collections or services) agreement with a 12‑month base period and one 12‑month option.
