The County of Shelby is seeking a qualified vendor to provide hydrologic data collection, gauge maintenance, upgrades, and data publication for several USGS river‑gauge sites throughout the Memphis metropolitan area. The work will be performed under a single‑source joint‑funding agreement with the U.S. Geological Survey’s Lower Mississippi‑Gulf Water Science Center, covering a twelve‑month service period.
