The Sewerage and Water Board of New Orleans is seeking a qualified firm to provide comprehensive communications and public relations support for both internal and external audiences. The selected firm will assist in advancing the agency's mission, enhancing public trust, and effectively communicating key initiatives in water, sewer, and drainage services. The scope of work includes strategic planning, execution, and advisory services across internal communications, external communications, media relations, and public engagement. Some key services include: • Development of internal communications strategies and messaging frameworks • Creation of employee communications and customer-facing materials • Media relations and crisis communications • Social media content creation and event coordination • Brand strategy and discovery • Translation services The contract period is one year with two one-year renewal options, and the proposal prices shall be firm and not amended after the date and time of the proposal opening.
