Description
The City of New York is procuring a 5‑year requirement contract for up to five Forestry Tracked Stump Grinders, five standard stump grinders, and five heavy‑duty Lucon 5‑ton trailers for use by NYC Parks. The contract also includes a mandatory $25,000 inspection fee. Bidders must be the original equipment manufacturer or an authorized distributor and must meet extensive technical, warranty, environmental, and statutory compliance requirements (including ESSTA, Whistleblower Protection, MacBride Principles, and various safety and emission standards). The award will be based on the lowest responsible and responsive unit‑price bid; cash discounts are expressly ignored.
